Digital Printing

Digital printing has 2 different printing process:

Digital Printer along with ink and a design. The printer itself works very similarly to an inkjet printer, but of course the ink is used exclusively for t-shirt printing and not for documents. It has 2 different type of paper called Dark Transfer & Light Transfer Paper. Unlike screen printing which usually requires a larger minimum order due to the expense and labor involved with set up, this type of printing allows for many colors to be printed on even a small quantity of shirts (as few as one piece).

• Light Transfer Paper best for white shirt or any pastel color of fabric, all white color of the design it become transparent.

• Dark Transfer Paper it is best for colored fabric/shirt and the design has outline same with the color of shirt.

SAMPLE PRODUCTS

• Silhouette Cutting Machine & Heat Transfer Vinyl. It can be used on certain fabrics/materials to create design. It comes in a roll or sheet form with an adhesive backing so it can be cut, weeded, and placed on a substrate for heat application. Heat Transfer Vinyl is made in single colors and also has special options such as patterned, glitter, flocked, holographic, & glow in the dark. This printing has no minimum order required.
